These are becoming a pain to locate -- everyone seems to be out
of stock on them, and wants 16 weeks and a minimum order of
40-ish units.

Specifically, I am looking for the MPXA4250AC6U which is the same
as the MPX4250AP but in a small ported SOP package.

I do however have a non-ported SOP version, and can get more.  Any
idea on what I can use to convert these to have a port on them?  This
will be connected to a small automotive vacuum hose.  I was thinking
of one of 2 things -- find something that looks like a small funnel and
glue it on.  Or enclose it in a small "box" that has a port on it.  I =
don't
like the latter cause it makes the unit larger and I could just use the
MPX4250AP in that case.  It needs to be as small as possible.

Any thoughts?  Or should look for another solution?

Other thought is to use a MPX4250AP and cut the mounting "ears"
off to make it smaller.
