Hi, I'm leaning into implementing wavelet denoising ( 1 dimensional) into an pic ( 18x for 'prove of concept' then onto DSpic ). Essentially I have an on shot pulse overlayed with various disturbances (noice). I need to detect the amplitude as auccurate as possible. The amplitude of the noice can be 50% of the measured signal pulse. The implementation should be semi-real time, i.e. collect x amount of samples process it (wavelet denoising) and present it within a few hundres millisecs (hopefully around 100ms). However I've failed to locate any code of implementing this, I've goggled and tried other means of locating an *real* code but without much success. I've found several general sites, most dealing with compression (2d) wavelets but none dealing with my particular interest. So anyone on the list have any pointers ? As this it to be converted into pic-asm, c-code would be preferred, however must laguanges ( apart from matlab ) qualifies. /Tony -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
