i don't know anything about these sandwich boards, but that rigid foam
insulation board (blue or pink) cuts pretty darn good with an old electric
meat knife.
it is limited by the width of the blade, so really tight turns wouldn't be so
good. but they sure are cheap. there are a million of them in every second
hand or thrift shop. ;-)
