There's one part I don't understand - why the full wave bridge at the output? My guess is that you want to use two positive supplies as if they are floating and generate bipolar supplies, perhaps? If so, dump the bridges, they are costing you quite a voltage penalty. Instead, reference the output of the positive multiplier to ground. Then rearrange the other output to generate a negative output, also referred to ground. I drew up the attached gif to show a bipolar setup. Aside from voltage losses the positive side pumps +5 up to +20. But the negative side goes to -15 because it starts at +5: a 20volt change but offset from +5. Note where the schematic shows voltage sources V1 and V2, these represent pic pin outputs driven out of phase 180 degrees. This circuit might work well with 12 volt linear regs connected to it. One method to eliminate the charge pump noise might be to pump long enough to get your analog circuit happy and then shut off the pump drive while taking a/d converter readings. You asked about optimum capacitor sizes. Bigger ain't necessarily better here. Charge pumps for a fixed frequency appear to work better with bigger caps. But not so with a current limited source. Like a pic pin. Big caps look like shorts to the pic pin. I have not seen this but others have reported that connecting large caps to pic pins can cause the pic to crash. Good luck! Tom M. ps.
