I'm using the following settings:
HS osc (4MHz xtal), WDT off, PWRTE on, BOR on, LVP off, Data write enabled,
Code write enabled, Debug disabled, Code Protect disabled.

Unfortunately I can't confirm this as both of the chips I put Wloader on are
now dead... These are the defaults from the Wloader code.
