<chuckle>...  Well, the one I have in my front yard does most of that, but
uses a rotary switch and relay.  I just duplicated the features and added
a couple of nice and/or geek things, like the soft-start.  The one-button
control came about because -- well, I'm basically cheap and a little lazy!
