Download and unzip it into a temp directory.

To use...

Click on Start -> Run

Click browse to select - gifproj.exe

Eg. In the RUN window

C:\Temp\gifproj.exe

Add a filename parameter which will be the finished GIF image.

Eg

C:\Temp\gifproj.exe picture.gif

Press OK

and a GIF image called 'picture.gif' will be created from the screen
capture and placed in the directory where the gifproj.exe program is.
