Shrugging the urge to say yes, and bigger, faster and cheaper
than theirs, no. I got sent the site last night and had time only to
read it. I'm not familiar with the science behind it, but a search
for Biefeld-Brown brings up a host of people who are, and have
tried it out, apparently successfully
