It can be caused by a lot of things, notably server maintenance and reboots. 5:30am to 7:30am sounds like a good time to run server mainenance, move servers, etc. Could also be router changes, moving equipment, changing ISPs, etc. In other instances sysadmins can control bandwidth and may give a huge channel to a certian project and limit other uses of it for a time, during which few emails would have gone out. -Adam michael brown wrote: >Did anybody see any piclist posts between 5:30am and 7:30am central time?
