Gabriel,

There may be an option in the SCSI Bios setup.  Depending upon the
controller, you can usually bring up the setup program when the controller
is initializing.  This is usually done by pressing some key combination when
you see the SCSI bios initializing.  You should be able to set a time-out
here.
