Hi,

The software that I write needs to comply with the UL1998 Standard. Going
through the Standard, I come across many programming techniques that are
required yet I don't know anything about. For example, to list just a few,
they are Walkpat Memory Test, Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC)-Single/Double
Word, Galpat Memory Test, Time-Slot Monitoring, Dual Channel (Homogeneous)
with Comparison... and much more. The Standard has a simple glossary that
contains these terms but it gives no ideas as to how practically these are
done in the code (especially C code, if that matters). I wonder where I can
find references on these techniques. Or where do people learn about them. Is
there any books or online resources? Please help. Thank you!
