Most of my pin-throughs are 0.7mm. It takes little time for them
to digitise drilling positions with a crosshair. Any other drilling
instructions are easy enough to make a note of, or I drill them
myself

Bet you do. I've got the 3.55 freebie version. Have a look in the
pull-down Device menu in the CAM Processor. You'll see a
whole slew of output options, which includes TIFF, Gerber and
printers
