You can make the counter overflow to whatever you want to make it ~20 minutes or so. Set the time, come back in 20 minutes and see if the LED comes on. Of course, you'll have to make a counter with 3 bytes to get the 20 minutes (20 * 60 * 1000 = 0x124F80). Check the stopwatch to see the difference.
