I'm not sure if this helps, because I havn't used them myself, but I found some nice looking pressure sensors in my allied electronics catalog by motorola. You can look them up at the allied electronics site, www.alliedelec.com page 830 of the catalog. and there is more information about them at motorola's web site, http://sps.motorola.com/senseon. There are about 7 different body styles for them and they are compatible with many different media including water and oil. Hope it helps some.
