For a one off, I would consider a spring contact from a lantern battery. For a production source any spring or stamping manufacturer should be able to produce what you want. You probably want a bronze spring rather than steel, and NOT stainless if you want to solder it to the PCB. In the USA some manufacturers are Keystone, Seastrom, Small Parts Inc.
