0-10 bar to the nearest meter should be pretty easy.  I use SenSym steel
transducers available from Digi-Key for about US$77 for much higher
accuracy.  For non-critical applications you can use the cheaper plastic
cased ones if you are careful.  First, it is hard to attach to the
plastic case in a manner that can hold 10bar.  Second, they don't like
to measure conductive fluids like water.  The easy solution to the fluid
problem is to connect through a foot or so of capillary tubing filled
with thick oil.  The water pushes on the oil, the oil pushes on the
ducer.  Every year or so you replace the oil so water has no chance to
creep through the tube.
