When I load a .hex file into the PICALL software,  and it tells me that =
the configuration file is missing,  can I set the fuses, code protect, =
etc. manually and then proceed as normal?  It doesn't appear that the =
fact that the configuration word is missing will actually keep you from =
loading the program to the PIC.
