Hi All, Out of those list members that have purchased HiTech, could you give me your opinion on the usefulness of the extended tech support option? I'd hate to spend the money if it isn't really neccessary (lean economic times make software requests harder to get approved), but would kick myself for not requesting the money if it will prevent delaying projects. Time is money, after all... How often does HiTech issue upgrades? are those minor fixes/optimizations, or show-stoppers?
