For the third time now in this thread, no.

For anyone that is itching to blurt out some "wisdom" about MCLR, please
save us all a lot of trouble and actually *read* about MCLR first.  In the
16F87x data book (DS30292C) it is section 12.3, "Reset", on pages 123-125.
