Dave, Just finished assembling the 12VAC light controller we (the list in general) discussed at length a couple of weeks ago, using the two MOSFETs for AC switching. Works like a charm! I have not had a chance to put some serious load on it, but that will come later when I have time. I ended up using IRLZ34 MOSFETs as Digi-Key was out of the 2SK parts. It's just too cool... I did end up using PWM to ramp the lights on and off with about a 2 second transition period. I'm sure the neighbors won't notice, but *I* will always get a kick out of seeing the yard lights turn on and off. Geez, I need a life! 8-) I'll be posting the code & schematics when I get it all cleaned up, maybe a week or so. Might even take some pictures.
