Seems odd - what did the regulation cover? Radios etc ? I'm curious as a =
company I used to work at in NZ exported all over the world and had some =

Just had a thought here ... a Russian programmer is locked up (in the US) =
for a piece of software that enabled non-Adobe software to read Adobe =
e-books ... (ie break a monopoly) but yet the same government is prosecutin=

that was put in place something like 7-8 years ago, and nearly threatened =

put every emergency vehicle in the UK off the road because no-one had been
buying replacement vehicles with compliance to the legislation specified.

Very hurried backtrack by government occurred to delay requirement. :)
