That's the way I understand it.  "any interactive digital device" man that's
a big net.  Does that mean a Fluke DMM will have to abide by this?  How
about using a digital oscilloscope that has capture capability?  It would
*have* to shutdown when applied to the DAC output of a "media" player.  ;-O
