LTC485  300uA/500uA typ/max with outputs disabled. LTC has many others,
if you need really low Iq for battery power something else might be better.
about $1.25

The LTC1334 is an interesting multiprotocol driver with 10uA Iq in shutdown.
Expensive (and big unless you use the TSSOP package). about $7
