The only local store to carry PIC stuff (Active Electronics, the retail
division of Future Electronics) here in Ottawa carries a 16F877-04. This
implies a 4 mHz part. The Microchip site doesn't even mention a 4 mHz chip
- only 20 mHz.

The Digi-Key catalog shows both 4 mHz and 20 mHz versions, so I guess there
must be such a version.

Does the -04 really mean a 4 mHz part?
