That depends on how hard you can press down and whether you want to use the breadboard for anything else again afterwards.:-) Seriously, it will depend on the DB25 BUT I would expect that many would stress the BB excessively. A not too painful choice is to set the DB25 up in a clamp and solder on 25 wires of slightly too long a length and then carefully clip these to all same length. This will be quite hard to insert in BB but if it's a once off it's bearable - use a pair of pliers to press each down and insert DB25 at a slight angl so it inserts some wires before others. Easier but less pretty is to use wires a few inches long and insert one at a time in BB. You get a rats nest effect behind the DB25 but this can be tidied and probably does no harm unless you are trying to run near RF through the DB25.
