The 'LED Museum' is a pretty interesting site.  If you get to the main
page, you'll see on the left under "Other LEDs" an entry for "RGB LEDs".
The ones reviewed are made by Nichia (NSTM515S).  Many other LED types
are sampled on the site as well.
