Hi All

I want to build a circuit that log switches (3-4) position. like which
switch was activate first which one was second and so on, and write it on
eeprom.

questions:

is it possible?
does any one saw such a circuit?
can I add date and time stamp to eeprom log?
can it be easy readable? i.e. lcd,pc screen..etc.
