To install it, check out the microsoft knowledge database at: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q216417 Once you restart your computer, a prompt will come up whether you want to boot normally, or start the recovery console. Start the recovery console, which will ask for the administrators password and then dump you to a DOS prompt. From here, you should be able to format the drive.
