I would have to agree on the online side of it - I use the print catalogue =
mainly and then enter the part numbers into the online site ... in the =
last few days I ordered parts of a switch/indicator assembly - all showed =
as being in stock but one part wasn't, going to have to use duct tape to =
hold the indicator light for about a month and a half while I wait for the =
mounting part.=20

I usually use digi-key except for when they don't stock an item.

For decades. They are a large, established suplier. Good service, OK =
prices
& inventory.
Just specify the shiping method you want to control cost and schedule.
Oh, yes...their web-site order system, IMHO stinks. They are the rare
supplier that I prefer to use the phone for.
