Reset the bios so that the floppy drive is the first bootable device and make sure that you save the changes on exit. If that still doesn't work, open the case and remove the power connector to the HD. Boot up on whatever. After it boots up, plug the power connector into the HD (yes while the computer is still on). Then wipe the hard drive. Before doing any of this you might want to go through the device manager and write down the types of network cards, soundcards, etc. just in case win2k doesn't know what they are.
