PIC Dude,

 I'm in Houston and have ordered from them for work related purchases.
 The shipping was minimal because they shipped the orders from the Houston
 office.  But everything we ordered was in stock, and we usually had the
 order delivered either later that day (if we got it in early enough in the
 morning), or else the next day.   We had no problems with them.   The only
 thing I can say that even potentially would be a negative against them is
 that on some items, they are priced higher than other places.  But by the
 time we worked up the order, sent it off, and paid shipping to get it to
 us, we wouldn't have saved much, if anything, so it was easier and just as
 economical to get it from them in the first place.
