I just wrote a PIC based ignition test program for a person who has
invented a new type of internal combustion engine. The software is
reasonably simple, just press up/down keys to adjust the advance so he
can see where the maximum output is at any RPM.

The interesting part is that he 'claims' that the motor runs 'cool' and
is extremely energy efficient. I saw the prototype and it certainly
looks wierd.
