This issue was discussed some months ago on the list. An archive
search on "RB3" will probably find it.=20

I don't recall if there was any resolution to the issue but it appears
to be a bug inserted when Microchip changed something in the CCP
portion of the simulator. (RB3 and CCP1 share that pin.) I believe
that the bug was inserted at version 5.40 and remains in the 5.50
code.
