What is the aproprieted adress to report bugs about mplab sim?

1-The new version of mplabsim 5.5, write/read eeprom doesn't work
(PICF627/628). Work fine in mplabsim V.5.31.
2-Asynchronous stimulus (Toggle) on Portb,3 as input,  even with ccp1con
clear,
doesn't work in all version. Others portbs (<0;2> and <4;7>) works fine, as
input, with stimulus.
