Hi All, I don't know if this has been asked before, but... I'm working in version 5.4 of mplab, and for my projects it works ok, but when i hit the "make", the assembler popup and begin to work, if in this moment i change (alt-tab) to another application (IE by example), the assembler seems to "freeze" and don't continue until i put it on foreground. This of course cause timeout on mplab, they have been disabled by mean of options->enviroment setup. I think this is a problem with windows (i'm working with w95) and 16 bits app's, (if this is true, WHEN microchip will put 32 bit app's of their tools?) Is there a solution?, i don't want to change to w98, me, 2000, etc, i refuse to run on Bill Gate politics of change operating sistem year by year, this has been work for me for about five years and don't have a incentive to change.
