Can anyone point me in the right direction to get some information on
X24F128S SMD EEPROMS 16 Dual Inline Package or even the manufacturer would
be of great help.

Tried google and got

which no longer exists.
Tried microchip and they have a 24LC128 is a 16K x 8 (128K-bit), but it
appears to have 8 pins and the X24F128S have 16.
Tried google for EEPROM & SMD but could not find details for X24F128S.
