I am looking for LCD displays with the following reqs:

 - Physical size around 100x60 mm;
 - Pixel resolution around 240x160, monochrome;
 - Backlit (or some sort of lighting sort, pref. red) and Reflective,
e.g. usable at night and in daylight;
 - Some sort of interface (I2C, serial, whatever) connectable to a PIC16
or PIC18;
 - Small qty orders;

I have come across a very neat siemens ChipOnGlass display, not too
expensive, except the physical size is too small. I have seen plenty of
others, but no perfect matches as of yet.


Any ideas for manufacturers?
