I don't know about tracphone in particular, but Walmart is supposed to start selling phones 'off the shelf' fairly soon, so if traphone isn't sold where you are you'll likely find another phone that is. I'm surprised you can't buy them online, and doubly surprised they don't have a retail locator on their site...? -Adam Sean H.
