There's an evaluation copy free of charge. I tried, and decided not to invest even a cent into that "product". It is not freandly, and it has bugs (Orcad 9.1) with printing. Since that, I also evaluated Pcad 2001. I found it freandly, I can use my existing Tango for Dos PCB-s, and within a week from installing the trial, I could make a useful board.
