Hello Group,

I'm playing around with the OLD SP0256A-AL2/CTS256A-AL2 combo.  The =
schematic on the CTS256A-AL2 (the text-to-speech controller chip) showes =
an optional TMS4016, a 2K x 8 SRAM, used to expand the buffer between =
the 2 chips.  Does anyone know where I might find a pinout, or better =
yet, a datasheet for it?  A search on Google yielded nothing useful.  I =
have a couple of HM6116's and was wondering if I could substitute one of =
them? =20
