Are theese MTP3055E (N-Channel), and MTP2955E (P-Channel) some kind of "exchanges" for the bipolar MJE2955 and 3055? /niklas -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Fr=E5n: Gordon Varney [mailto:varney@CLAS.NET] Skickat: den 15 februari 2002 15:47 Till: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU =C4mne: Re: [EE]: Which FETs? Michael, I keep MTP3055E (N-Channel), and MTP2955E (P-Channel) on hand = at all times. I also keep a few MTP3055EL (Logic Level) MOSFETS around. These components are Power components in a T0-220 = package. I use a 2N7000 N-Channel FET in a TO-92 package for small applications. It's hard to miss with these standards around.
