Hi good people. I have a question that is mostly directed at the
hobbyists (of whom I am one). Which FETs do you like to keep on
hand? With regular bipolar transistors, for example, I always have
a drawer full of 2N3904s and 2N3906s, plus miscellaneous power
transistors and a few I can no longer identify. I have recently
used FETs in some of my projects, and I am impressed by how easy
and almost ideal they are. But are there a few "standard" ones
that you always keep around? Where do you buy them in small quantities?
