"no good deed goes unrewarded", karma, "what goes around comes around", whatever you want to call it As it happens, I didn't know that resonators start faster than crystals, a piece of information I can actually put to use in a project of my own. The PIC and other chips in part of a circuit are powered down by a switched regulator. The PIC is the last to get out of bed when power is re-applied.
