  I have a time critical application, and I can=B4t enable the  POR, and =
wait
those 72ms.
 So, the question is:
 Wich of these configurations get sooner to the "stable zone" ??

  1- 16F628 + internal 4mhz RC
  2- 16F628 + 4mhz XTAL
  3- 16F628 + R to ground, making it oscilate at 12 mhz

 Remember that the question is not wich runs faster. It=B4s which one get=
s
sooner to the "stable area"
