Usually digits that big have a number of LEDs in series for each segment. You really have to look to the data sheets for the correct information such as segment forward voltage (typical and max/min). It will vary with manufacturer, (the number of LED dies may vary), color, and LED material. For current, if you want 15mA average current, run the LEDs at 60mA and 25% duty cycle. If you want some other current... Look for forward current maximum, Vf(typ), Vf(max), Vf(min) and maximum peak current (though the latter won't come into play at 25% duty cycle).
