First, you have to know the reference desinator of the part you wish to
have on the second (or third, or forth, etc..) sheet.  Then you use the
'invoke' command.

Example:  You have an op-amp (U4) that you have only used two out of four
gates on.  On the new sheet, type 'invoke U4' and select the gate you
want to use.  You should be able to do this for the power pins too.
