Hi-
The people in the model railroading fraternity would like to put RFID
transponders onto their trains.  However the readers are too expensive.
Does anyone know how to build a cheap transmitter/receiver to read
them?  I expect they could be quite crude=cheap as the distances
involved would ideally be <3 inches.
