Temp in the cabin hasn't been a problem. PC's seems to do OK in all environments humans tolerate. IIRC Bob Blick has been running his unit for almost three years with no problems. As for vibrations, absolutely no problems on road. Not even the occasional pothole causes a glitch. No clue about offroad though.
