Hi Donovan, Yes it is a known problem try http://users.pipeline.com.au/newfound/trouble%20shoot.htm if you can't figure it out, post to the PICLIST or send Jim Robertson an email, Jim makes the WARP13 programmer. Jim's always been very helpful and responsive when I have had problems. I ended up soldering a 18 pin ZIF, and removing resistor R9, but other people have had success with the In-circuit Serial programming. Also, feel free to contact me.
