if you can't figure it out, post to the PICLIST or send Jim Robertson
an email, Jim makes the WARP13 programmer.  Jim's always been very
helpful and responsive when I have had problems.
I ended up soldering a 18 pin ZIF, and removing resistor R9,
but other people have had success with the In-circuit Serial programming.
