Hello,

I've been trying to program my new 16F628 chip with my Warp 13 =
programmer for the last two hours with no success.  I've written a =
simple little 'blink an led' program that has been compiled with Hi-Tech =
C for the 16F628.  Is there a known problem with the Warp13 programmer =
or Hi-Tech C when it comes to the 16F628?  Has anyone successfully =
programmed a 16F628 with a Warp13 programmer.  If someone has the *.hex =
file of a 16F628 program they have successfully programmed onto a 16F628 =
I would sure appreciate you sending it to me (that would at least =
eliminate one variable).

PS: I have two (2) new 16F628 chips and neither of them program so I'm =
confident the chip(s) aren't defective.
